Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the sales and leasing process
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Conduct vehicle presentations, walkarounds, and test drives
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads
• Maintain product knowledge on current Honda inventory, features, and financing options
• Work closely with management and support staff to deliver a first-class experience

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Automotive sales experience a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Build trust and guide customers through the vehicle shopping process
• Schedule appointments for showroom visits, product demonstrations, and test drives
• Follow up consistently and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Work closely with management and sales consultants to help customers find the right Honda
